on the two types of grills that we offer: Residential and Commercial. However, we'd
like to say a few words before going any further: Our competitors here in the Valley offer a mix of American- and
Asian-produced grills, and the only reason to offer Asian-produced grills is to come in at a lower price-point AND to keep
their service departments busy. We at All Valley do NOT subscribe to this mentality and we will not knowingly sell
foreign-made products that pad our pockets with repair work in the future. Our philosophy is simple: Sell the best
products for reduced prices, and give our clients their money's worth. And selling foreign-produced products, in this
business, means that we would be selling PRICE, not QUALITY, and that ain't us...
RESIDENTIAL: If you cook between one and two times a week,
then we suggest a residential-quality bbq. Think of these type of grills as the lower cost Mercedes cars; They
have the same QUALITY as the bigger and more expensive Mercedes cars, but they have less FEATURES than their bigger brothers.
They are made well, have excellent value, and cook extremely well for the price. American-made brands are American
Outdoor Grill (AOG) (www.americanoutdoorgrill.com), Pacific Gas Specialties (PGS) & BroilKing. And we always encourage our customers to purchase American-made
brands, as getting parts in the future will be much easier, if needed.
COMMERCIAL: If you cook over three times per week, then we suggest a commercial grill primarily designed for
high-temperatures and high-use cooking. A commercial grill uses tougher components, thicker stainless steel, and has a higher
heat output. JADE (www.jaderange.com) features superior cast brass burner systems, a briquette tray heat distribution system (Like
Lynx & Twin Eagles), and has a simple electronic ignition system. This grill is a certified commercial appliance. Another
certified commercial appliance is the Royal, which uses a commercial 30" or 42" chassis and heats extremely well. Made
by Royal Ranges in Southern California ( www.royalranges.com ), this is a great grill at a fantastic price-point. FireMagic ( www.rhpeterson.com ) has the commercial cast burners, the technology of radiant cooking, and has a new Diamond line that only Master Dealers
can display (which, of course, we are a Master Dealer). This new series by FireMagic is currently the highest-tech grill
in existance. And last but not least, the new Twin Eagles grills are exciting to look at, cook very well, feature some

FREE TIPS!! There are three MAJOR things that we tell all clients when buying
a quality grill... and here they are:
a)
Always use a 1/2" Gas Line or larger for the supply of gas to your new grill;
b) NEVER close the hood while cooking on "HIGH" unless you're just pre-heating.
Over that time, igniters stop working...; and
c)
Always clean stainless steel WITH THE GRAIN, to avoid scratching the metal in an opposite direction. - All
