Before
you continue, we'd like to say a few words about bbq grills. We absolutely understand when our customer's say,
"Don't you have anything for $500 like at Lowe's or Home Depot?" People sometimes would rather save money
and give up performance vs. paying more for something that will last longer and be of better quality. We don't sell
our customers products that are not well-made or are known to fail. Brands like Charmglo, BroilMate, Nexgrill,
Kirkland, Charbroil, Jenn-Air, Traeger, Weber, Delta Heat, Turbo, Vintage, DCS... these brands are China- or Mexico-made and
there is little quality in them. We've been doing service for over 33 years, so it's fair to say that we know what
fails and doesn't. Stay away from junk!
PLEASE read our opinion of grills (the link is below). We shoot straight from the hip, so remember;
there are plenty of bbq shops out there that knowingly sell you products that are low in quality and price, but what does
that say about the shop? We would rather sell you a better product at a fair price and know that what we sold you is
a product that will last and is built well. And that's what All Valley is all about! In fact, our service department
is kept alive by our competitors' products!
Below, you'll find information
on the two types of grills that we offer: Residential and Commercial. Ask us
for honest advice and we can show you the truth about grills. No smoke and mirrors - just the truth.
RESIDENTIAL: If you cook no more than two
times per week, we suggest a residential bbq. Think of these types of grills as the lower cost Mercedes models;
They have the same QUALITY as the bigger and more expensive Mercedes models, but they have less performance and features. (It's
not about quality. It's about performance and features.) They are made well, have excellent value, and cook extremely
well for the price. All of these grills use the Stainless Steel "Tube-Type" U-burner system to keep costs
down.
COMMERCIAL:
If you cook three times or more per week, we suggest a commercial grill primarily designed for high-temperatures and
high-use. A commercial grill uses tougher components, thicker stainless steel, and has a higher heat output. These grills
have an actual ETL-Rating for Commercial Use and thus, are super hot units. They all feature the genuine commercial
Cast burner system.
FREE TIPS!! There are three MAJOR things that
we tell all clients when buying a quality grill... and here they are:
a) Always use a 1/2" Gas Line or larger for the supply of gas to your new grill.
Newer gas grills 'eat' lots of fuel to keep things HOT!!
b)
NEVER close the hood while cooking on "HIGH" unless you're just pre-heating. If you keep the hood closed while
the grill is set to 'high', then expect that your igniters will stop working and that any electrical lights or devices will
be burnt, too. Best advice; keep the lid open when you have the grill set on high - your food will remain moist and
you won't trap the heat.
c) Always clean
stainless steel WITH THE GRAIN, to avoid scratching the metal in an opposite direction. And always wipe
it with something wet - never wipe stainless steel with a dry towel or paper napkin... it's best to use a stainless
cleaner or even soap and water! But always wipe with the grain!
