There is NO better way to price shop than to compare Apples to Apples, so in December last year,
we went price shopping with our competitors, and what we found was absolutely incredible. We have the quotes, and this
is what happens when people don't shop Indio. Remember: You'll ALWAYS pay more elsewhere, and as we continue to say
to our customers, "You'll always pay less in Indio for the same products you can buy elsewhere."
Here's the package we wanted
quoted: 30" Built-In Grill (Lynx), 30" Double Access Doors, Flex Light, Grill Cover, 6' Standard Stucco/tile island
(no upgrades), delivery, and gas hook-up. Our everyday price on this exact package is (NET) $5,499 - no sales, no gimmicks,
etc. And below is what we found:

LeisureMax, La Quinta: They did not have Lynx available, so they substituted a Twin
Eagles Pinnacle 30" grill ($400 less than a Lynx) in their quote, although they pushed the foreign-made Vintage grill...
Their quote was (NET) $5,987.25. So, with the additional $400 and tax for a Lynx 30" grill, YOU would have
ended up paying (NET) $6,418.25!! Again, can you say "RETAIL"?? (READ: This company is out of business.
They tried to sell the cheap stuff at a high price (like BBQs Galore) and ended up closing down, just like BBQs Galore!
We will always lead you correctly, and buying the cheap stuff is always going to cost you more in the long run... always!) |

Desert Fireplace, Palm Desert: They had the exact package we were looking for, and their
complete package price was (NET) $6,563. They DID offer us a $300 discount if we purchased within 3 days of the quote,
so technically, their quote (if purchased within 3 days) would be (NET) $6,263. (Note: Our Secret Shopper said this
was the most helpful place he went to. :) |

Outdoor Living Concepts, Palm Desert: They had the exact package we were looking
for, as well, and YOU would end up spending (NET) $6,335.07 on this island package if purchased from this place. They
pushed the inferior Alfresco product over the Lynx, but the quote was for the Lynx. (Note: This company sells itself
as a "Wholesale Showroom To The Public", but clearly... ) |
