Does your bbq grill need repair?  Is it not quite getting as hot as it used to when it was new?  Is your patio heater not working properly and are you finding it difficult to keep lit?  Is your fireplace valve not making that wonderful 'tick tick' any longer?  At Pride Piper, service and repair is our main goal!  We offer ethical service practices, we do NOT 'stick it' to our clients for repair fees, and we try our best to make your product better than the way we found it.

Our fees are extremely simple and honest: $89 for the Initial Service Visit (This includes a one-time drive fee of $49, plus 1/2 hour of diagnosis and possible repair.), and $20 per 1/4 hour after the initial service.  If we have to come back, then we only 'start the clock' upon our return to your home/residence.  We do NOT charge additional drive fees for the same repair ticket.  (Please note that due to the many parts that are needed to service the many types of grills on the market, most repair jobs are two-visits.)

We service Dynasty/Jade, Vintage/Alfresco, Solaire, EZ Chef, Patio Comfort, Emerald, Royal, FireMagic, Ducane, Lynx, Twin Eagle, Weber and PGS brands.  We WILL service your product if we feel comfortable that there are repair parts available, but if we feel that it would be a waste of money, then we'll let you know.  We're NOT shy when it comes to service, either; if we feel that your grill is beyond repair, then we'll apply half of the Initial Service Visit fee to the purchase of a new grill from us.  :)

(PLEASE NOTE: There are some "Independants" that are all-too-happy to come and service your grill, full-well knowing that nothing can be done.  They're usually just interested in getting the initial service fee...  They don't have a store, they have nothing to lose if something goes wrong, and they advertise that they are factory authorized when, in reality, they're not.  With Pride Piper, we'll tell you UP FRONT if we feel that there are parts issues or if anything can be done to fix your grill.  We're a "Brick and Mortar" store, not some independant guy that drives around in a truck peddling different things.  We guarantee our work, have a tremendous history in this Valley, and often times, are the target of the small independant's.  We hope you appreciate, and have appreciated, our business ethics, and we welcome you to our service family! :))
