Does your bbq grill need repair?  Is it not quite getting as hot as it used to when it was new?  Is your patio heater not working properly and are you finding it difficult to keep it lit?  At Pride Piper of Palm Desert, Service and Repair is our main goal.  We offer ethical service practices, we do NOT 'stick it to our clients' in repair fees, and we try our best to make your product better than the way we found it.

Our fees are extremely simple and honest: We charge $80 for our Initial Service Visit - this includes our one-time drive fee of $40, plus 1/2 hour of diagnosis and possible repair.  If we have to come back, we only 'start the clock' upon our return - we do NOT charge additional drive fees.  (Please note that due to the many parts that are needed to service the many types of grills on the market, most repair jobs are two-visits.)

We service Dynasty/Jade, Vintage/Alfresco, Solaire, EZ Chef, Patio Comfort, Royal, FireMagic, Ducane, Lynx and some PGS products.  We try to service what we sell because that's what we're experienced with.  We WILL service your product if we feel comfortable that there are repair parts available, but if we feel that it would be a waste of money, we'll let you know.  We're NOT shy when it comes to service, either; if we feel that your grill is beyond repair, then we'll apply half of the Initial Service Visit fee to the purchase of a new grill from us.  :)

(PLEASE NOTE: There are some "Independants" that are all-too-happy to come and and service your grill, fully knowing that nothing can be done.  They're usually just interested in getting the initial service fee...  At Pride Piper Service & Repair, we'll tell you, UP FRONT, if we feel that there are parts issues or if anything can be done to fix your grill.  We're a "Brick and Mortar" store, not some independant guy that drives around in a beat-up truck.  We guarantee our work, and we finish what we start. :))
